Rebar iron reinforces all concrete buildings, functioning as a skeleton which only becomes visible when the buildings are demolished; a process in which the rebar is randomly bent and twisted into organic shapes. For these works, I collected rebar from several demolition sites, and welded bronze casts of twigs onto them, imagining possible new lives they might take on.
